After your first month of coaching is complete, I’ll help you create a custom program that will help you meet your goals. There’s no commitment after your first month, but ongoing coaching helps further tailor your nutrition plan to your needs and create lasting changes to the way you eat. The length of time that will benefit you most will depend on your needs. For example, those healing from irregular or missing cycles typically benefit from an extended partnership, while those looking for simple guidance on correcting a low energy intake may feel confident after a few sessions together.

Yes! Everyone is put on an automatic plan with two payments. However, I’m happy to make a custom plan to fit your financial needs. Just ask!

Oh heck no. While a comprehensive food journal on some days is helpful, it’s not required. We can chat about your goals and the level of commitment they require. Additionally, you have the option of including or hiding calorie and macronutrient counts in your food journals on your client portal. You can even snap a photo of your plate and upload it to your journal via the mobile app!

I love continued care for my clients as I feel it creates the best results and the happiest clients! While we do accomplish a lot in our first meeting, our second meeting lets us dig a little deeper and start tackling deeper issues! However, if finances are holding you back from seeking nutrition care, please don’t hesitate to reach out to see how I can help make it easier for you.

Most people have looked at calories and macros, but nutrition is so much more than how much you eat. My expertise is in nutrition science, and we dive into imbalances in your nutrition that may be keeping you from reaching your health goals. I also use mindset exercises to help you transform how you view food.

The CNS and RD credentials actually have similar requirements. A CNS must earn a minimum of a master’s level degree in nutrition, accrue 1,000 hours of supervised experience in clinical nutrition, and pass a rigorous board exam. An RD is skilled with acute medical care, while the CNS practitioner typically addresses clients in a more holistic or functional manner. Both are formally trained nutrition experts that can be valuable parts of your healthcare team.
